Our Department's teaching and research focus on European, North and Latin American, Asian and Middle Eastern languages, their literatures and cultures. We conduct basic, applied and pedagogical research related to language and language acquisition, as well as to forms of cultural expression in the languages we specialize in. Our courses provide students with the skills required for today's job market.
